The Fellowship Programme is a full-time, fully-paid two-year Leadership Development Programme designed to equip aspiring leaders with the skills, on-ground experience and network to create change in the long run for classrooms, communities, and the education system.

Langkah Permohonan

  • Permohonan Atas Talian

    Kongsikan latar belakang pendidikan dan pekerjaan anda untuk bantu kami mengenali anda. Huraikan pemahaman anda tentang Yayasan Teach For Malaysia dalam jawapan berbentuk karangan pendek.

  • Temuduga Atas Talian/Telefon

    Anda akan ditemuduga selama 30 minit melalui panggilan telefon/secara atas talian dengan salah seorang daripada Panel Pemilih kami.

  • Ujian Bakat

    Anda akan dijemput untuk menghadiri suatu Ujian Bakat sepanjang hari di mana anda akan mengambil bahagian dalam tiga sesi yang berbeza: aktiviti pengajaran olok-olok, aktiviti lakonan peranan, dan temu duga.

  • Tawaran Bersyarat

    Jika anda lulus Ujian Bakat, anda akan menerima tawaran bersyarat untuk menyertai Fellowship, tertakluk kepada pemenuhan syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan. Calon Teaching Partner Pathway akan diambil bekerja secara langsung oleh Teach For Malaysia, manakala calon Program TFM Untuk Guru Muda akan terus kekal bekerja bawah Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia.

  • Program Pra-Perkhidmatan

    Anda akan menyertai latihan sepenuh-masa yang akan menyediakan anda untuk mengikuti Program TFM sebagai seorang Felo.

  • Community Placement

    Upon completion of the Pre-Service Programme, you will be given an unconditional offer and matched with a high-need school for two (2) years.

  1. I understand that the Teach For Malaysia Fellowship is a 2 tahun commitment; a full time and a fully paid position.

  2. I understand that for the 2027 Cohort, I am only applying through the Teaching Partner Pathway.

  3. I understand that I may be placed anywhere in Malaysia where the need is to teach for 2 years, and understand the importance of being flexible for relocation for the role.

  4. I am Malaysian and under the age of 40 years old.

  5. I have a CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd Class Upper or equivalent for my Bachelor's Degree.

  6. Saya mahir dalam kedua-dua Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris.
