Requirements Of The Volunteer Tutor
Nationality & Age
Volunteer tutors need to be Malaysians at the age of 18 years and above to be TFM’s volunteer tutors. You are also encouraged to bring your buddy to buddy up with you for an effective and engaging tutoring session.
Education Level
To be TFM’s volunteer tutor, you need to acquire an SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s. You will be tutoring students at the age of 7-15 years old (Primary 1 – Form 3) in the subject of English, Malay and Mathematics.
Language Proficiency
To address the learning loss of the students in the PPR community, you MUST be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language.
Time Availability
Volunteer tutors must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks up to 40 weeks of tutoring sessions.
