Guru adalah sebuah kerjasama antara Yayasan PETRONAS dan Kementerian Pendidikan melalui Pusat STEM Negara. Ia merupakan sebuah program yang berkaitan dengan industri yang mempunyai pengalaman selama bertahun-tahun merentasi negara yang akan mengukuhkan kebolehan guru-guru STEM yang sedang berkhidmat di sekolah yang mempunyai majoriti murid-murid B40.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kami percaya bahawa pendidikan STEM adalah pemangkin untuk melahirkan bakat yang mampu menangani kerumitan dan cabaran abad ke-21, membolehkan Malaysia maju dan kekal berdaya saing di peringkat global. Namun, bilangan pelajar yang memilih subjek berkaitan STEM telah menurun dari tahun ke tahun, terutamanya disebabkan oleh kekurangan kecekapan dan minat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oleh itu, kami berharap kepada guru-guru untuk meningkatkan minat dan kecekapan STEM dalam kalangan pelajar.
